Shipping Info

PLEASE READ BEFORE BUY: usually orders are being shipped once a week, however sometimes it may take up to 14 days to ship your order after it has been placed/payed. Please note that deliveries to foreign continents may take up to 2-4 weeks depending on your local delivery service. Feel free to contact us for further information and specific times for your country.

All items are being shipped with Deutsche Post/DHL worldwide.

You will be displayed the exact shipping costs for your order after you've entered your address at the check-out. Shipping costs include postage fees, packaging, handling and we always try to calculate them as appropriate and fair as possible for you. The rates for international shipping especially to foreign continents outside the European Union and for orders more than 1kg can be very high. We don't have any influence on that but if one time you think the shipping costs are much to high just leave us a message and we will find a solution.

IMPORTANT: please make sure you enter the correct name and shipping adress at the check-out! If you're paying via PayPal also check your acount if the address is correct. We often get back orders because of false addressing causing extra costs (especially for international shipping). If you're moving during a pre-order period please inform us about the new address to avoid shipping twice or even the loss of your order.

Customers outside Germany: it is highly recommended to add your phone number in the comment box at the check-out so your local delivery service may contact you in case there is a problem with your address.

Return Policy

1. RETURNS

Returns are possible on the customer's own expense within no longer than 14 days. That means the customer has to pay for sending the item back to us and for re-shipping the new one. Returned items must be undamaged and in their original condition (CDs/LPs unopened, wrapped in plastic; apparel unworn/unwashed). Please use the Bandcamp contact form or write an email to info@angstkvlt.org before returning items.

2. FORCE OF LAW

As soon as an order has been placed there is a a legally valid contract between the customer and ANGSTKVLT which is owned and represented by

3. SHIPPING COSTS AND TIMES

All items are being shipped with Deutsche Post/DHL worldwide.

The customer will be displayed the exact shipping costs for the order after entering the address at the check-out. Shipping costs include postage fees, packaging and handling.

If we're on tour it may take even more time and since the shop is run by only one person we ask for a little patience here. Please note that deliveries to foreign continents may take up to 2-4 weeks depending on your local delivery service. Feel free to contact us for further information and specific times for your country.

In case an order is returned to us because of an incorrect delivery adress provided by the customer the customer is charged the costs of a second shipment.


4. PAYMENTS

Orders will only be shipped when we've received the money from the customer within 14 days from the day the order has been placed. After this period the order will be cancelled and the items go back on sale.
